Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos as proof. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Lost Packages:
If your package is confirmed lost in transit, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Refund Process:
